Our Roof Washing Process
We take extra care to protect your home and landscaping throughout the entire cleaning process. Before washing, we thoroughly water surrounding plants and landscaping and take precautions to control roof runoff, including using contractor bags on downspouts when needed.
During the wash, we continue rinsing and protecting surrounding areas while applying a low-pressure cleaning solution designed to safely treat organic growth at the source. Once the roof is complete, we rinse surrounding surfaces and landscaping and perform a final check of the property.
